**Why is my order being shipped in different packages?**
If you have a multi-item order, each item may be shipped from a different international warehouse. This ensures that we can deliver your order as quickly as possible. Additionally, if an item is popular and experiencing a slight delay, we may ship your items separately to prevent any delays in receiving your order.
**When will I receive my order?**
Orders are shipped directly from our domestic and international warehouses, and our team works diligently to ensure prompt delivery. Please allow 1-5 weeks for your order to arrive in Canada, and 1-6 weeks for other countries, as delivery times may vary based on product availability, distance, and customs processing. Please note that these are estimates and may vary.
**Why is my order stuck in the same place?**

**What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?**
All orders are shipped with insured shipping and handling. In the rare event that your order gets stuck at customs, is sent back, or is lost during delivery, please accept our apologies. As the postal service is beyond our control, we will work to resolve the issue promptly. If necessary, we will resend your order with expedited shipping and full tracking, provided it is applicable under our refund and return policy.
**Will I be charged for customs and taxes?**
Prices displayed on our site are tax-free in CAD. However, you may be responsible for paying duties and taxes once your order reaches its final destination. Import taxes, duties, and customs fees are determined by your local customs office and are your responsibility to pay. We are not liable for any delays caused by the customs department.
